I’ve made basic vanilla cake following my blog recipe. I’ve allowed the cake to completely cool down. Sugar syrup is prepared with 5 tsp of sugar and little water. Once the syrup becomes warm two tsp of honey is added. The prepared honey syrup is poured onto the cake to become soft. Mixed fruit jam glazing n mango jam glazing is Prepared separately and topped onto the cake. Also garnished with dry copra powder. Here I present delicious vanilla cake with jam glazing is ready to serve. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!
