Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes: 2 medium sized

corn kernels: 3/4 th cup

Salt: As required

coriander powder: 1 tsp

Cumin Powder: 1 tsp

Red Chilli 1 tsp or lil’ less

Garam masala: 1 tsp

Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tbsp

Oil: for shallow frying

Method of preparation:

🌽 🍠 . Take two large sweet potatoes . Rinse thoroughly well with water and peel the skin. Chop them into big pieces and boil them in enough water till it’s become just soft. Once it becomes cool mash them thoroughly.

 🌽🍠 . Boil three fourth cup corn kernels and coarsely grind half of them and add remaining corn to the mashed sweet potatoes. 

🌽🍠. Now add required amount of salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly. 

🌽🍠. Now make it into required size and shaped patties.  Shallow fry them with very little oil on both sides. 

🌽🍠. Serve the delicious corn sweet potato cutlets as an evening snacks to kids.
