Sponge dosa n Ragi sponge dosa

Sponge Dosa n Ragi sponge dosa which are Served with vellulli karappodi/garlic chilli powder and Palli/Peanut chutney. A very good breakfast option to treat our loved ones. 

I had little sponge dosa batter after making sponge dosas which are sufficient only for two. So I’ve added half cup Ragi flour to the remaining one cup of sponge dosa batter and little water and a pinch of salt. Ragi sponge dosas are very porous and too soft. Here I present sponge dosa n Ragi sponge dosa to enjoy our breakfast. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Garlic chilli powder is a recipe from Rayalaseema cuisine and is served as an accompaniment to idly, dosa or even Ragi sankati too. The powder can be used for raw banana and potato fry.
