Sphagetti in cherry tomato sauce 

Sphagetti is so easy and we can prepare this kids friendly dish in less than thirty minutes if the ingredients are readily available. I’ve used bambino sphagetti and cherry tomatoes as main ingredients. Sphagetti is cooked in boiling water. Chopped onion and cherry tomatoes are sautéed in sesame oil adding favorite seasonings. Cooked sphagetti is mixed with sautéed mixture and served hot. Here I present yummilicious sphagetti in cherry tomato sauce to relish anytime. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:

Sphagetti: 125 gms. Bambino (Approximately)

Cherry tomatoes: 15-20 nos.

Onion: 1 no. Medium sized

Dry oregano: 1 tsp 

Dry basil: 1 tsp 

Black pepper powder: 1 tsp 

Salt: As required 

Coriander leaves: Few

Sesame oil: 2 tsp 

Method of preparation:

🍝. Take four cups of water and bring it to boil. When water starts boiling add sphagetti and cook for 12-15 or its cooked Al-dente .

🍝. Switch off the flame and transfer the cooked sphagetti into a steel colander to drain the excess water.

🍝. Meanwhile prepare cherry tomatoes sauce in a kadai. Heat kadai and pour sesame oil. Add chopped onions and fry them till they are translucent. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves and fry them till they turn soft and mushy. Also add few chopped coriander leaves. Take Few separately half fried tomatoes for garnishing. Add dry oregano and dry basil, black pepper powder and required amount of salt. Mix thoroughly. 

🍝. Now add cooked sphagetti to the prepared cherry tomatoes sauce and mix well. Transfer the Prepared sphagetti in cherry tomato sauce onto a plate. Garnish with half fried cherry tomatoes and coriander leaves. Delicious 😋!
