Sesame Dates Laddoo
Sesame dates Laddoo is a fusion recipe., instead of adding jaggery powder I’ve added dates. Totally a healthy treat which is rich in iron and calcium. Sesame seeds are slightly roasted and ground with dates and cardamom pods. Here I present delicious sesame dates laddoos to relish as an evening snack or anytime. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:
Sesame seeds: One and half cups
Dates: One cup de seeded
Cardamom pods: Few
Method of preparation:
🌸. Heat kadai and dry roast sesame seeds till crackling sound comes.
🌸. Transfer the sesame seeds onto a plate and allow to completely cool down.
🌸. Transfer the roasted sesame seeds into a mixer grinder and add seedless dates, cardamom pods to it. Grind to a semi coarse powder.
🌸. Transfer the ground mixture onto a plate and make it into medium sized balls.
🌸. Now the energy balls are ready to serve.
