Roasted gram Mint Tawa Sandwich 

The sandwich is super delicious and so healthy. Sandwich is prepared using whole wheat bread and ground roasted gram , mint leaves are used as a spread along with spices to enhance the taste. Bread slices are toasted on both sides with ghee/butter. Roasted gram, mint leaves, garlic, green chilli and salt are added to form coarse paste. This ground paste is used as a spread. Here I present kids friendly evening snacks roasted gram mint tawa sandwich to relish. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:

Bread slices: 4 nos.

Mint leaves: One bunch medium sized

Roasted gram: 1 tbsp

Salt: As Required 

Garlic: 1/2 flakes

Green Chillies: 1 no.

Ghee: As required for toasting

Method of Preparation:

🥪. Take four bread slices and keep aside. Heat Tawa and drizzle little ghee. Toast all four bread slices on one side on low flame in batches.

🥪. Meanwhile take a mixer grinder and grind mint leaves, roasted gram, garlic, green chilli and required amount of salt into coarse paste. 

🥪. Now spread the ground paste onto the toasted side of bread slices and Place chopped onion and tomato slices. 

🥪. Now cover with toasted side and toast the sandwich bread on both sides.Keep weight onto the bread so that the bread gets toasted evenly on all sides. Now sandwich is ready to serve.

🥪. Now transfer the Roasted gram mint Tawa Sandwich onto a Serving plate and serve hot.
