Ragi Almond Cookies 

Ragi Almond cookies are healthy treats for our tiny tots, even elders can enjoy these yumminess. We can prepare them very easily with Ragi flour, almond meal/flour and wheat flour. Icing sugar and jaggery powder are added for the sweetener. Here I present delicious Ragi Almond cookies to relish anytime. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:

Ragi flour: Half cup

Wheat flour: half cup

Almond flour: 2 tbsp

Melted ghee: 3/4 th cup 

Cardamom powder: A pinch 

Icing sugar: Half cup

Organic jaggery: 1 1/2 tbsp 

Milk: 4 tsp

Baking powder: 1/4 th tsp

Almonds: 5 nos.

Chocochips/sprinkles: For garnishing..

Method of preparation:

 🍪. Preheat oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare cookie dough.

🍪. Take a bowl pour melted ghee and add icing sugar and jaggery powder. Also add cardamom powder to enhance the flavour. Mix thoroughly using a wired whisk.

🍪. Now add Ragi flour, wheat flour and ground almond flour. Also add baking powder and mix gently. Now add 4 tsp of milk to form cookie dough.

🍪. Make round balls and press slightly. place the almonds on each cookie. Transfer them on a baking tray containing parchment paper which is greased with ghee. 

🍪. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 9 minutes.

🍪. Take the cookies out of the oven and allow them to completely cool down to normal temperature. 

🍪. Crunchy , healthy and tasty Ragi Almond Cookies are ready to serve as an evening snack along with kesar badam milk 🥛.
