Peanut Chikki

Today Akshayakumbham blog turned 6 years. So I’m celebrating this occasion with peanut bar/chikki. Peanut chikki is a super food just prepared with two main ingredients peanuts n jaggery. Here I’ve used organic Jaggery powder. They are so delicious compared to Laddoos made with normal Jaggery. Here I present peanut chikki to make this Diwali season along with other delicacies. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients::

Peanuts: 1 cup

Organic Jaggery powder: 1 cup

Water: 3 tbsp

Cardamom powder: A pinch

Ghee: 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

🥜 🌺. Take equal quantities of peanuts and organic Jaggery powder. Dry Roast the peanuts and remove the outer layer., No need to remove completely.

🥜🌺. Prepare Jaggery syrup  by just adding 3 tbsp of water . No need to filter the Jaggery syrup as it contains zero impurities.

🥜🌺. Mix thoroughly and just bring it to boil. Also add cardamom powder n one tsp of ghee. When it starts boiling and turns into frothy texture add roasted peanuts and switch off the flame.

🥜🌺. Be quick while mixing the mixture. Transfer the mixture onto a plate greased with lil’ ghee.

🥜🌺. Spread evenly and cut into required shape.
