Pancha kajjaya
Pancha Kajjaya- Translates to combination of five
pancha kajjaya(We call pancha kajjayam in Telugu 😍) is a must for bommala koluvu /Bombe Habba prasadam to distribute for guests. Always surrounded by Kannadiga people since childhood till now I’ve great love for Karnataka dishes. Today I’ve chosen this recipe revising my childhood memories. After wedding I realized it’s from Karnataka cuisine. This recipe is prepared in Nellore, Chittoor districts of Andhra Pradesh. Also I’ve heard pancha kajjaya is served as prasadam in north Karnataka temples. Here I present pancha kajjaya to offer as prasadam for the coming festivities.
