Mini Cup Cakes

Mini cup cakes are absolutely kids friendly and so delicious. They are eggless and prepared with ripen bananas and pineapple essence. Here I present tempting mini cup cakes with different frosting to relish anytime. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:

Maida flour: 1 cup

Ripen bananas: 2 nos.

Pineapple essence: Few drops 

Sugar powder: 3/4 th cup

Oil: 1/4 th cup

Curd: 2 tbsp

Milk: If required to get thick batter 

consistency 

Baking powder: 1 tsp 

Baking soda: 1/4 th tsp

Method of preparation:

🧁. Take two ripen bananas, mash it well and add curd. Whisk thoroughly and add sugar powder and oil. Whisk well for 5 minutes. Also add few drops of pineapple essence.

🧁. Sift maida , baking powder and baking soda into wet ingredients and mix using cut and fold method. 

🧁. Transfer the batter into cup cake cake moulds which are greased thoroughly with oil. 

🧁. Bake them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Allow them to cool down completely.

🧁. Now prepare the frosting using butter and sugar powder. Use chocolate chips and crushed pistachios, cashews and almonds as a topping.
