Season is Here! Mangoes are almost ready to be ripened. However, Mango is one fruit which can be used to make a variety of dishes starting from the day it blooms out of a flower until its ripened to the core. Here is a simple and easy recipe to make pickle out of raw mango. Njoy Cooking, Serving ans Savoring!
Ingredients:
Raw mango: 1 no.
Chilli powder: 3 tbsp
Salt: 1 tbsp (as required)
Turmeric: a pinch
Gingelly oil: 50 ml
Tempering:
Urad dal: 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Hing: A pinch
Method of preparation:
- Clean the raw mango and cut into small pieces.
- Transfer them into a bowl add red chilli powder, required amount of salt, turmeric powder and gingelly oil.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, set aside and add the tempering.
Now Mamidakaya mukkala pachadi is ready to serve with hot rice. Yuuummmm!!
