This recipe is also similar to mamidikaya mukkala pachadi.But Here Iam adding fenugreek seeds(Menthulu) powder to enhance the flavour ard taste of the pachadi.This pachadi/pickle can be refrigerated and consumed in a month.Here I present simple recipe for mamidikaya menthi mukkala pachadi.Njoy  Cooking,Serving and Savoring!

Ingredients:

Raw mango: 1no.(Big)

Chilli powder: 3 tbsp

Salt: 1 tbsp( as required)

Turmeric: a pinch

Gingelly oil: 50 ml

Fenugreek seeds: 1 tsp

Tempering:

Urad dal: 1 tsp

Mustard seeds: 1 tsp

Hing: a pinch

Oil: 1 tsp(For tempering).

Method of preparation: 

1.Clean the raw mango and cut into small pieces.

2.Transfer them into a bowl  add red chilli powder,required amount of salt,turmeric powder and gingelly oil.

3.In a small kadai dry roast the fenugreek (Methi)seeds till nice aroma comes and grind to a smooth fine powder using mortal pestle or mixer grinder.

4.Mix all the ingredients including fenugreek powder thoroughly set aside and add the tempering with urad dal ,mustard seeds and a pinch of asafoetida(Hing).

5.Now the mamidikaya menthi mukkalu pachadi isready to serve with hot rice.image (11)
