Today I’ve planned to post my lunch menu # 4. This is very healthy and nutritious Andhra meal. The lunch menu # 4 has thotakura allam karam/amaranth leaves ginger curry, beerakaya pottu pachadi/ridge gourd skin chutney, Sorakaya/bottle gourd sambar along with hot steamed rice, dollop of ghee and curd. The meal is so simple and easy to prepare anyday. Mix the tempering before serving. Here I present lunch menu # 4 to relish. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!
