Kobbari Poornam Boorelu
This is also one easy and delicious recipe prepared with easily ingredients. Now krishnashtami is forthcoming., so we can treat Lord Krishna with these yummy prasadams. This is totally different from traditional boorelu. Poornam/stuffing is prepared with coconut jaggery mixture. This is festival season so we might be having so many coconuts offered to God as naivedhyam. We can make use of them by preparing this naivedhyam. Dosa batter is used for coating and they are fried in paniyaram pan with little ghee. Absolutely healthy and tasty. Here I present delicious prasadam kobbari poornam boorelu to celebrate any occasion. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!
