Kakarakaya vepudu
Kakarakaya is my favourite. I love kakarakaya in any form. Kakarakaya vepudu is one awesome recipe even who doesn’t like bittergourd also love to eat once they taste it. This is simple recipe which can be prepared in a jiffy. Bitter gourd is chopped into thin rings. They are coated with besan flour, salt and red chilli powder. Now they are deep fried in hot oil. They are absolute crunchy and great accompaniment to sambar rice or Rasam rice or can be eaten as it is. Here I present crunchy kakarakaya vepudu to relish anytime. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:
Bitter gourd: 250 gms
Besan flour: 2 tbsp
Salt: As required
Red chilli powder: Half tsp
Oil: As required for deep frying
Method of preparation:
🌷. Take 250 gms. Of bitter gourd, rinse well with water and cut into thin rings. Drain excess water . Add besan flour, salt and red chilli powder. Mix thoroughly and keep aside.
🌷. Now heat kadai and pour oil for deep frying.
🌷. Fry the bitter gourd in hot oil in batches till they change colour and turn crispy.
🌷. Transfer the bitter gourd fry into a serving bowl and serve hot to enjoy.
