Gulab jamoon
Gulab jamoon, when we hear this word automatically mouth watering starts., that’s the power of gulab Jamoons. I’ve used MTR Gulab jamoon mix to prepare the recipe. Instead of sugar, organic jaggery is used. Here I present tasty n healthy delectable dessert Gulab jamoon to relish anytime. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:
MTR Gulab Jamoon mix: 1 packet
Jaggery powder: 500 gms or 3 cups approximately
Cardamom pods: 5/6 nos.
Oil + Ghee: Wqual quantities for deep frying
Rose essence: Few drops
Method of preparation:
🌹. I just followed the package instructions to fry the jamoons. Take equal amount of water to the jamoon powder and mix thoroughly. Do not knead too much. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes and make the dough into equal sized tiny balls.
🌹. Heat kadai and pour oil + ghee. When the o n ghee becomes hot., fry the jamoons till they turn into golden brown colour. Transfer them onto a plate containing paper towel to absorb extra oil.
🌹. Prepare jaggery syrup using jaggery powder, cardamom pods and rose essence.
🌹. Transfer the fried jamoons into the jaggery syrup and allow them to soak well and absorb the syrup for 15-20 minutes. Menu in mouth and addictive Gulab jamoons are ready to serve.
