Dark Choco Cookies 

We have made the cookies without adding baking powder and baking soda. It came out awesome and we all loved it. My daughter who’s a baking enthusiast and wants to become baking artist (I’m not sure 🤔😅🤷‍♀️) made these cookies under my guidance. We have added more cocoa powder and instead of butter added melted ghee 😊! Hence the colour of the cookies. Here I present delectable dark  Choco cookies to relish anytime. Recipe:

Ingredients:

Maida: 3/4 th cup

Powdered sugar: Half cup

Melted ghee: 1/3 rd cup

Cocoa powder: 1/4 th cup(Little less than that)

Milk: 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

 🍪 . Sift 3/4 th cup maida flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 th cup cocoa powder(lil’ less than that). 

🍪. Break the lumps if any. Now add 1/3 rd cup melted ghee and gently knead the dough. 🍪. Also add one tbsp of mix. Roll fhe dough  into a 5 mm thick roti shape and cut into required shape using cookie cutter. 

🍪. Repeat the process till the dough is utilised. 

🍪. Transfer them onto a baking tray which contains greased parchment paper. Bake them at 165 degrees for 11 minutes in a preheated oven. 

🍪. Allow them to cool down completely. Delicious dark choco cookies are ready to relish.
