Chikkudukaya fry
Chikkudukaya fry is simple Andhra recipe which can be prepared so easily with minimum ingredients. It doesn’t require any tempering ingredients. Tender chikkudukaya/broad beans are shallow fried in little oil. Required amount of salt, red chilli powder and Besan flour are added and sautéed for two more minutes. Here I present simple chikkudukaya fry to relish as an accompaniment to hot steamed rice or sambar/rasam rice. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:
Chikkudukaya/broad beans: 500 gms.
Salt: As required
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Besan flour: 2-3 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Turmeric: as pinch
Method of preparation:
🌹. Take 500 gms. Of broad beans rinse well with water and chop into bite size pieces.
🌹. Heat kadai and pour oil.
🌹. Now add chopped broad-beans and mix thoroughly.
🌹. Sauté them on low flame till they become soft. Also add required amount of salt and turmeric.
🌹. Now add red chilli powder and Besan flour. Sauté for two more minutes and switch off the flame.
🌹. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
