Hyderabadi delicacy- Chand biscuits AKA Moon Cookies with stars

Chand biscuits are in the shape of crescent 🌙 moon. They are pretty famous in Irani chain stall to big confectionaries in Hyderabad. The preparation is so simple with just three ingredients- Equal quantities of Wheat flour, sugar and melted ghee(Equal or little less than that). Traditional Chand biscuits are prepared with maida flour. Here I’ve used wheat flour. Also sugar powder and sugar are added for additional crunch n texture. I’ve not added any flavouring agent. If you like cardamom powder can be added. House smells like a bakery now 😍😋. Here I present Chand Biscuits to serve along with a cup of chai. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!
