Baked French Fries

French fries-,One amazing snack/starter never get boted and must during kids birthday parties. This time I’ve baked French fries in an oven. Absolute guilt free healthy indulgence. Here I present tempting baked French fries along with Pomogranate juice, mosambi juice and few chocolates. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:

Potatoes: 2 large nos.

Oil: 2 tsp

Salt: As required

Dried oregano: 1 tsp

Dried basil: 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

🍟. Take 2 large potatoes, rinse them well with water. Peel the skin and cut them into slices longitudinally.

🍟. Immerse them in water for 30 minutes to remove extra starch.drain the excess water completely and dry them using clean kitchen towel and transfer to a bowl.

🍟. Add required amount of salt, 2 tsp oil, dried oregano and basil. Mix thoroughly.

🍟. Arrange the potato slices uniformly in a baking tray which contains parchment paper. Bake them in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 170–180 degrees. Dump them in the middle so that they roast well on all sides. 

🍟. Take them out of the oven and allow to settle for a minute.

🍟. Transfer the baked French fries onto a serving plate and enjoy with other delicacies.
