Sapota Milkshake

Welcoming my fav season summer with my most favorite Sapota aka Chikko milkshake. This is so healthy , nutritious and filling milkshake. We can give this to kids of 1 year and above. While giving to kids don’t refrigerate the milk. Just use plain milk. I’ve added sugar powder, instead you can add jaggery powder or honey. Here I present refreshing sapota milkshake to enjoy this summer season. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:

Sapota/Chikkoo: 3/4 nos. Medium sized

Sugar powder: 1 tsp

Chilled milk: 3/4 th cup(Adjust accordingly)

Method of preparation:

🤎. Take 3/4 nos. Of Sapota, discard the seeds and keep the pulp aside. In a blender add sapota pulp, chilled milk and sugar powder. Use pulse button 2/3 times. Transfer the sapota milkshake into a serving glass and enjoy immediately.
