Dry Fruit Balls
Five ingredients recipe prepared under 30 minutes. This is so simple and can be prepared so easily. I’ve used cashews, almonds, raisins, figs and rock sugar. Cashews and almonds are dry roasted. Once they are cooled all the ingredients are ground to a semi coarse powder and made into round bite sized balls. Here I present delicious and healthy dry fruit balls which help to boost our immunity and also give us instant energy. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:
Cashews: One cup
Almonds: One cup
Raisins: One cup
Figs: One cup
Patika bellam/Rock sugar/mishri One cup(This is extensively used in Ayurvedic preparations)!
Method of preparation:
🌷. Dry roast cashews and almonds for five minutes, keep them under fan and allow them to cool down completely for 5 minutes.
🌷. Now transfer roasted cashews and almonds, raisins, figs, rock sugar into a mixer grinder.
🌷. Grind them into a semi coarse powder. Gather the mixture and shape it into round balls. Dry fruit balls are ready to relish. Just one ball in a day helps to boost our immunity and gives instant energy. Great recipe for sudden sweet cravings. You can replace dates with raisins.
