Adai
Adai is popular South Indian breakfast which is served with either aviyal, allam pachadi or any other chutney. This is rich in protein content., hence it’s so filling. Recipe is prepared with equal quantities of yellow gram, black gram, Bengal gram,pigeon peas and rice. All the ingredients are soaked for couple hours and ground to a batter. Batter is poured into round dosas and fried on both sides. Here I present adai which is served with allam pachadi/ginger chutney. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:
Yellow gram: Half cup
Black gram: Half cup
Bengal gram: Half cup
Pigeon peas: Half cup
Raw rice: Half cup
Red chillies: 2/3 nos.
Salt: As required
Water: As required
Method of preparation:
🌹. Soak all the ingredients except salt in enough water for 3-4 hours. Also add red chillies.
🌹. Grind the soaked ingredients in a mixer grinder and add required amount of salt.
🌹. Transfer the ground batter into a vessel and mix thoroughly.
🌹. Pour them onto a Dosa pan drizzling little oil. Roast on both sides.
🌹. Transfer the dosas onto a serving plate and serve with allam pachadi.
