Sponge Dosa
Sponge dosa became my family’s absolute favourite. This is so easy to prepare with minimal ingredients. Rice flakes and raw rice are used to make the dosa batter. A well fermented batter yields awesome spongy and porous texture. Here I present delicious sponge dosa which can pair with peanut chutney or roasted gram chutney. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!
