Pearl Pudding 

 My twist for Tapioca Pearl Payasam to make kids relish it 😍😍!!! .

Sago/tapioca pearl payasam:

Half cup of sago pearls are soaked overnight in enough water. The next day morning sago pearls are cooked along with soaked water. Sago pearls are cooked completely and one cup of milk is added and cooked furthermore. 5-8 tsp of sugar is added(Adjust the quantity of sugar according to your taste buds). Two drops of rose essence and also edible pink colour , few crushed cardamom pods are added. The mixture is mixed thoroughly and boiled for two minutes or till the right consistency is achieved. Payasam/pudding is refrigerated for 1/2 hours. Just before serving topped with honey flavoured sunflower seeds. Here I present delicious Pearl Pudding to enjoy during special occasions. Ingredients:

Sago: Half cup

Water: As required to soak sago

Sugar: 5-8 tsp

Milk: One cup

 Rose essence: Few drops

Cardamom pods: 3/4 nos. Optional 

Food colour: Few drops 

Sunflower seeds: Few for garnishing 

Method of preparation:

🌷. Soak sago overnight or 6-7 hours. Cook them in enough water. Now add milk and cook  for 3 minutes. Now add sugar and Cardamom powder, pink food colour and rose essence. Mix thoroughly and cook furthermore till pudding consistency is achieved. It will take 2/3 minutes. Transfer the pudding into a serving bowl and garnish with sunflower seeds. Now the pearl pudding is ready to relish.
