Aloo tikki chat

Aloo tikki chat is famous Indian street food and can be prepared so easily with easily available ingredients. Here I present mouthwatering aloo tikki chat to tantalize our taste buds. Ingredients:

Potatoes: 4/5 nos. Medium sized

Salt: As required 

Chat masala: 1- 1 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder: 1 tsp

Coriander powder: 1 tsp

Cumin powder: 1 tsp 

Coriander leaves: Few

Onion: 1 no.

Tamarind chutney: 1-2 tbsp

Green chutney: 1 tbsp

Oil: For shallow frying 

Method of preparation:

🥔. Rinse well all the potatoes. Peel the skin and boil them till they become soft. Once it becomes it cool down , peel the skin and mash Thoroughly with hand or masher. Add all the spice powders, coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.

🥔. Heat kadai, pour generous amount of oil for shallow frying. Make patties from the mashed potato mixture. 

🥔. Shallow fry them on both sides and transfer them onto a serving plate which contains paper towel.

🥔. Now prepare tamarind chutney with tamarind extract jaggery powder and a pinch of salt. Also make green chutney with equal quantities of mint and coriander leaves, green chillies with required amount of salt. 

🥔. Now transfer the shallow fried aloo tikkis onto a service plate. Pour evenly required amount of tamarind chutney and green chutney onto the tikkis. Garnish with finely chopped onion pieces and coriander leaves. Enjoy aloo tikkis immediately.
