Pepper cashews 

All time hit party snack. It’s quite addictive and very tasty. Cashew pepper can be prepared just in five minutes. Whole cashews are toasted in little ghee and seasoned with salt and pepper powder. Here I Present Pepper Cashews garnished with fried curry leaves and served with hot ginger cardamom tea to enjoy particularly during Monsoons. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients

Whole cashews: One cup

Black pepper powder: 1 tsp 

Salt: As required 

Curry leaves: A sprig 

Ghee: Few drops 

Method of preparation:

🌺. Take one  cup of whole cashews and roast them in little ghee. Roast till they slightly change colour. Not add black pepper powder and required amount of salt. Transfer them onto a Serving bowl. Now fry few curry leaves in ghee and garnish the roasted cashews. Not the pepper cashews are ready to serve with hot ginger cardamom tea.
