Paakam Garelu .

Unique sweet dish Owned by coastal Andhra particularly Godavari districts!!

Gaare is medhu vada in Telugu. Paakam gaarelu is absolutely a healthy and tasty recipe for sweet lovers. Medhu vada or gaare is prepared without adding any salt and spices. Jaggery syrup is prepared with organic jaggery powder adding crushed cardamom pods. I’ve added just two drops of rose essence for a twist. Traditional recipe has only crushed cardamom pods/powder. Hot gaarelu are dipped in prepared jaggery syrup and soaked for about an hour. Garnished with crushed cashews for an additional crunch. Here I present Mouthwatering Pakam Gaarelu to surprise our loved ones  This Diwali. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!
