SUMMER 🌞+ MOVIE 🎥  + POPCORN 🍿= Unlimited Fun 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

Today’s recipe is caramelized popcorn. A tasty delight 😋. Enjoy this summer Watching movies and munch in This popcorn 🍿with your loved ones. Here I present caramelized popcorn to relish as an evening snack. Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!!

Ingredients:

Corn kernels: One cup 

Sugar: 3/4 tbsp

Butter/ghee: 1 1/2 tbsp

Method of Preparation:

  1. Heat pressure cooker (3l capacity) and pour ghee into it. Add corn kernels to the ghee and mix so that it ghee coats evenly. Close the lid turning upside down leaving some gap.

2. After two or three minutes the corn kernels pop up. Meanwhile prepare caramelized syrup with sugar. To prepare, heat pan and add sugar into it. The sugar melts and now add little ghee into it. Mix thoroughly.

3. Now add popped corn to the caramelized syrup and mix well. Allow to cool down completely.

4. Store in an airtight container and enjoy. This stays good for minimum one week.

  • Instead of sugar, Jaggery can be used for caramelization(It should be consumed immediately, because it turns soggy and loses its crunchiness).
